Immigrant Training Program

Since 2006, The Woman’s Exchange has supported those in need through the hiring and training of immigrant and refugee workers. The Immigrant Training Program provides employment opportunities while acclimating to their new environment. We are able to provide services like housing assistance, translation services, English as a Second Language (ESL) tutoring, and other social supports as needed by our employees.

Our graduates have gone on to further their professional development ranging from enrolling in a full-time undergraduate program to holding management positions in different corporations. We are honored to have several graduates of our ITP program still employed with us after their completion of the program, some of whom now serve in senior leadership positions.
